Empowering young women – Over 32,000 students (53% girls) have gained critical computer
skills, many of whom have acquired computer-related jobs. Indeed, 4,000 of high school girls learn important computer skills each year. 60% of graduating 12th graders use those skills to acquire computer-related jobs, 
apply their skills in college, or in family businesses, helping many of them break the sad cycle of forced early marriage and child-bearing.
not just schools.That is why HTAC invests in educating and training local community leaders and members in conflict resolution and peace building skills so they can work out their differences in non-violent ways while establishing trust and cooperative relationships. Over 5,000 community members in different provinces have learned Community Based Conflict resolution and Peace building skills and knowledge to resolve their issues and conflicts peacefully.
